50% crushed whole bunch pressed (GV) + 25% destemmed and macerated for 24 hours (RI) + 25% whole bunch foot stomped (MU).
Fermented in stainless steel.
Velue Weiss is a blend of Grüner Veltliner, Riesling and Muscat a petit grains. Such a fun and easy drinking white. Crunchy apples in there, some apricots, lime and light saltiness. Expect a touch of fizziness upon opening the bottle.
