There is a bit of Blaufränkisch in this vintage.
Fermented and aged in large barrels.
No added sulfur.

Brutal has a slight fizz at the beginning like many of Christian Tschida's wines. It will probably disappear with ageing, though. The short maceration on the skins granted this wine the beautiful bright color as well as an elegant, complex style. Raspberry and cherry on the palate. Very delicious!
