Into the Light is a white vinified Blaufränkisch. The grapes fermented and matured in wooden casks and amphoras resulting in a complex and mineral white wine. Yellowplum, lime, buckthornberry, salty notes and a cool light walnut-y finish. Now you can say that you've had a white Blaufränkisch!
