Lick is the Pet Nat in Petracavallo’s selection and it’s fun in both the look and the taste! It is balanced, it has a great fizziness, mild acidity, and gentle aromas of apricot, buckthorn, pear and hazelnut. Why craziness level 3 then, you might wonder. Because it’s suuuuper unfiltered and kind of explosive!

Before opening the bottle tilt it GENTLY to spread the yeast around and open very carefully outdoors. It releases s lot of foam so have a glass ready to catch all of it.
